- Introduction to IATF 16949:2016
- Requirements of IATF 16949:2016
- Relationship to ISO 9001 and other quality management systems
- Process Approach
- Responsibilities of an Internal Auditor
- Plan & preparation for an Internal Audit
- Conducting audits – gathering information – Audit Techniques
- Writing audit reports
- Conducting audit follow-up
On the course completion participants will have the following;
- An overall understanding of IATF 16949:2016, including the relevant elements and clauses
- The knowledge of how to interpret these requirements
- An understanding of the process approach and how it relates to internal auditing.
- Knowledge of the theory and practice of internal auditing
- Understanding of audit planning and assessing auditor competence
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Standard would be required in advance of this training.
