Optima Training & Consulting Ltd is a QQI accredited provider, and successfully re-engaged with QQI in 2021, having demonstrated that our Quality Assurance System delivers the required standards.
We have a dedicated Accreditation and Quality Manager who is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving QA processes and procedures as programmes and learning evolve, and works with all departments within Optima Training & Consulting Ltd to ensure that the correct procedures are implemented and reviewed.

Our Learner Handbook outlines our commitment to delivering quality training, and also details the responsibilities of the learner in regards to engagement with studies and attendance.
