Optima Training & Consulting Ltd can complete a full assessment of your facility for compliance with HIQA requirements. We will then carry out an audit and discuss finding with the Management team. After this discussion we will present recommendation to assist you in doing all that’s required to be completed under HIQA guidelines requirements .

• Site audit (observation and interviews) & review of existing company procedures
• Prepare outcome of audit report – includes areas of non-conformances and recommended actions
