In order to maintain your qualification, you will be required to deliver at least 4 courses within the two-year certification period & complete a recertification course every 2 years.
Attendees must have CFR-C & FAR Instructor course completed and certs must still be in Date, Also Train the trainer or QQI Level 6 in Manual handling Instructor, or some form of Teaching or Training Qualification.
The course is delivered as a 1-day face to face course by an instructor trainer who will use videos & sample presentations and role-play to guide you through the course. The course is delivered through English.
Cardiac First Response (CFR) Instructor & First aid response Instructor recertification course is designed to provide the Trainer with the relevant instructional methods – knowledge and skills to design, deliver and evaluate a PHECC CFR-C & FAR course and to assess course participants and recertify them as Cardiac First responders & First aid responders Instructors.
