Product Description

Menopause Champion Training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to become effective Menopause Champions within their organisations. The course covers an overview of menopause and its impact in the workplace, alongside the specific roles, responsibilities, and boundaries of a Menopause Champion. Participants will learn about relevant legislation, workplace accommodations, and how menopause-related issues may present among employees. The training also focuses on holding sensitive conversations, signposting to evidence-based information and support, and managing information governance and documentation. Practical strategies for fostering a menopause-inclusive environment are shared, including a sample Menopause Champion Standard Operating Procedure.
