Sage 50 Payroll – Beginners & Refresher is a practical course provides a confident start in Sage 50 Payroll, or a proper tidy-up for somebody who has been muddling through. Rather than rushing through theory, the session focuses on processing a complete pay period correctly from start to finish, with the reasoning explained every step of the way. Participants will learn how to navigate the main areas of the software without searching, prepare detailed employee record profiles covering tax-influencing details, retrieve Revenue Payroll Notifications (RPNs), and run full pay periods.

The curriculum also covers interpreting payslips line by line to explain deductions to employees, reconciling period totals to payroll submissions before pay dates, and producing routine periodic reports. It is designed to give you total confidence in managing your day-to-day payroll operations accurately and efficiently.
