Product Description

Xero Training is a practical course takes you from your first login to a fully reconciled month, covering everything a new Xero user needs in the exact order you will encounter it in daily practice. Rather than getting lost in generic software theory, the session focuses on real-world workflows: setting up contacts with the settings that influence later processing, raising sales invoices and credit notes, and recording customer payments. You will also learn how to log supplier bills and payments while understanding the crucial distinction between a bill and a “spend money” transaction.

A central focus of the course is mastering bank reconciliations using bank feeds, understanding what the reconciliation process actually confirms, and using the chart of accounts consistently to prevent costly miscodings. By the end of the session, you will be fully equipped to produce, read, and interpret foundational financial reports including the profit and loss account, balance sheet, and aged debtor and creditor reports.
